Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Meloria (the “service”), provided by PND AI. These terms apply to both the Meloria mobile app and the meloria.ai website. By downloading or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Meloria is a service (mobile app and the meloria.ai website) that lets you create AI music and videos: compose songs (with or without vocals), build music videos from your photos and videos, add lyrics and effects, record audio, and film yourself singing to a backing track.

2. Account

Some features require a Meloria account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your account. Please provide accurate information.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and content you bring into the app.
You represent that you have the legal rights to any content you use and that it does not infringe copyright, privacy, or third-party rights.
You are responsible for the content you create and share.

4. AI-generated content

Music, lyrics, and videos created in the app are for your use within the scope of your plan. You may not use the app to create unlawful, hateful, infringing, or abusive content, or content that violates others’ rights.

4a. AI videos — impersonation & music copyright

AI music videos and fashion-review videos animate a photo of a real person and use music you provide. By creating a video you agree that:

You are fully responsible for the photo and the music you upload — including music copyright and the right to use the image of the person in the photo. Meloria only provides the rendering tool.

No impersonation / deepfakes. Only use photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Creating videos of celebrities or any other person in order to deceive, defame, scam, or harass is strictly prohibited.
Music copyright is on you. Only use music you created in Meloria or music you hold the rights to. Do not upload music owned by someone else without permission — you bear all responsibility when posting or monetizing such videos.
Prohibited content. No sexual content, minors, violence, fraud, or politically sensitive content in photos, music, or motion descriptions.
Violations. Violating videos may be removed and the account suspended without refund. You bear full legal responsibility for content you create and share.

4b. Reference voice (voice cloning)

The reference-voice feature lets the AI mimic the timbre and style of a voice recording you provide. Voice is biometric data. You confirm the voice is your own, or that you have clear permission from its owner. Using another person’s voice (singers, public figures, acquaintances) to impersonate, deceive, defame, or mislead is prohibited. AI results may resemble a voice but are not a copy of any real person’s voice. Violations may lead to content removal and account suspension.

4c. Deepfake policy — AI videos featuring real people

Videos made with Meloria make a real person’s photo move and speak or sing. Technically and legally this is a deepfake, even when the photo is your own. By using this feature you agree that:

Every video produced is AI-synthesised content, not real footage. When you share it publicly you must say so — many countries now require AI content to be labelled.

You hold the rights to the face. The photo must be of you, or you must have the clear consent of the person shown (in writing for commercial use). Photos of deceased people require the family’s consent.
Strictly forbidden for anyone under 18 in any sexualised, pornographic or degrading context — we report such cases to the authorities and ban permanently without refund.
No deception. Do not create videos that lead viewers to believe a real person said, did or endorsed something they never did — including fake ads, investment pitches, misinformation, election content and political statements.
No sexual or defamatory content. No sexual, nude, violent or degrading material involving real people, even if you own the photo.
Labels and metadata. You may not strip the AI-content markers we attach, nor conceal the AI origin of the video when publishing it.
We keep logs. The photo, description and account details of each creation are retained for a period so we can handle complaints and cooperate with authorities on lawful request.
You are liable and indemnify us. You bear all civil, administrative and criminal liability for the videos you create, and you will reimburse PND AI for any damages and legal costs arising from third-party claims about them.

We may refuse to render, remove videos, suspend accounts without refund, and refer cases to the authorities where violations are found.

4d. Dance videos, credits & takedowns

Dance videos you upload follow the same rules: upload only videos you filmed yourself or hold the rights to — you are solely responsible for their copyright.
Credits. Failed generations caused by our system are refunded automatically. Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
Copyright takedown (DMCA). Email the video link to [email protected] and we will remove infringing content promptly.

4e. Music license & copyright

Music you create with Meloria: you may use it in your videos and posts. With an active paid plan you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use tracks created during the plan commercially (posting, monetisation). Tracks created on the free tier are for personal, non-commercial use. The licence also covers playing your tracks at business venues, companies and public places (cafés, restaurants, shops, offices, events…).
No exclusivity. AI music is generated from patterns and may resemble other AI outputs. Do not register Content ID, claim copyright against others, or assert exclusive ownership of AI-generated tracks.
Meloria assets. Demo videos, templates and the built-in music library remain our property; using them outside the app requires our permission.

5. Subscriptions & payments

The app may offer subscriptions (e.g., VIP) and in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Charges are billed to your Apple account.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited conduct

Using the app for unlawful purposes.
Uploading content that infringes copyright or others’ rights.
Interfering with, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the app or service.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PND AI is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
