Meloria (the “service”, “we”) is developed by PND AI and lets you create AI music and videos. This policy applies to both the Meloria mobile app and the meloria.ai website, and explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Key point: Photos, videos, and anything you film or record in the video editor are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Exception: for AI music-video / fashion-review creation and the reference-voice feature, the files you choose are uploaded securely to our servers solely for rendering — see below.

1. Information we collect

Account: your email and sign-in details when you create or log into a Meloria account.
Content you create: prompts, titles, styles, lyrics, and the songs/videos you generate. These may be stored on your device and/or in your Meloria account so you can access them again.
Photos & Videos (Photo Library): the media you pick for the music-video editor. These files are processed on-device and are not sent to our servers.
Camera: used so you can film yourself singing along to the backing track in the editor. Video is processed on-device.
Microphone & Speech Recognition: to record a reference voice and to turn your spoken lyrics into text. Speech-to-text uses Apple’s speech recognition; audio may be processed by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Usage & crash data: we use Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) to collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve quality.
Advertising identifier (ATT): the app may ask for tracking permission to measure effectiveness. You can decline; the app still works.
Cookies (website): the meloria.ai website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. You can manage or clear cookies in your browser settings.

AI videos & reference voice (server processing):

AI video creation (MV & fashion review): the portrait photo (and optional back-side photo) and the music you select are uploaded to our servers solely to render your video. The inputs and the finished video are stored temporarily so you can download the result, and are cleaned up periodically.
Dance videos (dance to a template): the dance video you upload — or the template you pick — is processed on our servers only to extract the choreography (pose skeleton) and render your video. Like other inputs, it is stored temporarily and cleaned up periodically.
Reference voice: the voice recording you provide is uploaded to our servers to guide the AI singing voice. Voice is biometric-like data — we use it only to generate the songs you request and do not share it with third parties. See Terms §4b for the usage rules.
Face photos are sensitive data. Photos you upload for AI video are treated as biometric data. We use them only to render the video you asked for — not for identity recognition, not sold or shared with third parties, and not used to train AI models.
Creation logs. The photo, movement description and account ID of each creation are kept for up to 90 days to handle complaints, prevent abuse and cooperate with authorities on lawful request. Descriptions blocked by our keyword filter are also logged with the reason.
Background removal (Android only). The overlay background-removal feature uses Google ML Kit running on your device — the image never leaves your phone. Google collects performance metrics about that toolkit under its own policy.

2. How we use information

Provide and operate music creation, video editing, and account sync.
Save and let you access your creations.
Anonymous analytics and bug fixing to improve the app.
Security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only the minimum needed with service providers that help run the app: Apple (speech recognition, in-app purchases) and Google Firebase (analytics & crash reporting). We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Storage & security

We apply reasonable measures to protect data. Accounts and songs you store online are kept while your account is active. On-device content stays on your device under your control.

5. Content you submit & moderation

When you generate music or video, your lyrics, description, language and genre are stored on our servers together with the audio file for re-download, search and content moderation. Audio/video files are automatically deleted after 7 days; track metadata after 7 days. All submissions are screened automatically; violations are logged with your account identifier, and repeated violations may lead to features or the account being suspended. We may provide this data to the authorities where legally required. Your acceptance of the Lyrics Editing Policy is stored on your device only. You are legally responsible for any lyrics you edit or write yourself.

6. Your rights

In the app: revoke Camera, Microphone, Speech Recognition, and Photo Library permissions anytime in Settings → Meloria on your iPhone.
On the website: manage or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Request deletion of your account and related data (for both app and website) by contacting us.

7. Children

Meloria is not directed to children below the minimum age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
